The Northville Historical Society is proud to invite the community to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with two special America250 events at Mill Race Village this July.

The first event will take place on Saturday, July 4, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., immediately following the Northville Independence Day Parade. Guests are invited to explore the historic buildings and scenic grounds of Mill Race Village, which will be open to the public for this festive occasion. Visitors will also enjoy a special program presented by the Citizens of the American Colonies Living Historians, a group of skilled re-enactors who bring early American history to life through engaging demonstrations and authentic portrayals. The program will re-enact the 1776 roll call vote of the states to accept the Declaration of Independence.
